Apple is on the look out in the UK for repair specialists for iPhone and iPads as an alternative to China.
At the moment companies in the UK are accredited to deliver Level 1 repairs but CAN offer higher level repairs at lower costs.
This is something Apple needs to look at as a telecoms analyst said "As Apple's volumes grow it has to keep a tight grip on service levels" especially to customers who expect a high level of service.
