The Samsung Galaxy A9 has been officially unveiled as the world first smartphone to feature four rear cameras.

Samsung has said that their new device has been optimized for Instagram and targets those users who have camera quality at the top of their mobile feature list.

With a total of 5 cameras built into the device the Samsung Galaxy A9 for a top quality shot.

The 24MP primary camera gives an excellent low light performance.

An 8MP 120 wide angles lens and a 10MP telephoto lens with a 2x optical zoom over the primary camera will help you get more into your shot and closer to the action.

Finally, a 5MP depth-sensing camera collects data for Samsung's live focus background blur mode.

A 24MP selfie camera is also featured on the front.

The additions to the camera hardware takes over from what has previously been achieved with software in a move Samsung says will result in a better image.

the Galaxy A9 also includes a 6.3-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display, Exynos 7885 chipset, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, microSD slot, Android 8 Oreo and a 3,800mAh battery.

A fingerprint scanner will be included as will a headphone jack and a USB-C port

The expected release for the Samsung Galaxy A9 is sometime around mid-November.
