The One Point and It@spectrum are running the Hull 10K for Child Dynamix.

The One Point & IT@Spectrum take part in the Hull 10k to raise funds for Child Dynamix.

Runners from the two teams will all be taking part in the Hull 10K this weekend with John Hooley going one step further in running the half marathon, this is the second year that we have run the 10k and it is all in aid of raising money for Child Dynamix.

The run includes going past some of hull famous landmarks, including the deep, Queens gardens, Guildhall before returning into the city centre for the grand finish. As the 10K runners head towards the finish line John and the rest of the half marathon runners will be heading down Spring Bank, up to Princes Avenue then on to Newland Avenue and on to Cottingham Road before also finishing in the city center.

The funds that we raise from the race will go to the charity Child Dynamix.

Child Dynamix works with Children and Young people growing up in challenging and difficult circumstances, their services and activities are developed and delivered, with these children and young people in mind. Child Dynamix work in Hull and Humber with 6,000 individuals every year.

Last year the two teams raised £2830 for the charity ‘Child Dynamix’. This sum was raised in sponsorship collected by 10 staff members who braved the high temperatures to complete the Hull 10K run.
