Our IT Support apprentice Jacob Hodgson has passed two more Microsoft modules.
Microsoft Mobility and Devices
Microsoft Cloud Services
These modules will count towards him achieving a Microsoft MTA certification. This is to be completed with our apprenticeship and training partner Baltic.
During his time as an apprentice at The One Point, Jacob has had the opportunity to get hands-on experience working with real-world challenges brought to us by our customers. A big part of this opportunity is a chance to gain a qualification as he supports our customers answering calls and responding to tickets on our helpdesk, in doing so he has encountered a wide range of challenges.
