We have just received word that one of our Baltic Training Infrastructure Technician apprentices working with our helpdesk, Ryan Durrant, has passed the Unit 310 Business Processes course.
Ryan has completed this course as he works towards the Level 3 Advanced Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship award with Baltic Training.
The Unit 310 Business Processes course covers a range of aspects of the business world such as the business service lifestyle, finance management, service portfolio management, and service operations.
Whilst working alongside our Helpdesk team, Ryan is also learning how to stock control.
Ryan passed the Business Processes course with a great score of 70%.
