MD’s talk ‘Attitude’ to South Hunsley students.

Our Managing Director Martin Lauer, alongside Ken Sturdy (MD of IT@Spectrum), spoke to over 25 South Hunsley Academy students about the importance of a great attitude when stepping out and starting their chosen climb up the career ladder. Both MD’s spoke openly about their careers to date and how they look for a great ‘attitude over aptitude’ in the first instance when making a first impression. They went on to discuss how a ‘can do’ attitude will always beat a ‘can’t do’ in the race up the career ladder.
